These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.aavi.studio (“Website”) and any services provided by Aavi Studio (“Aavi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use this Website or our services.

1. About Aavi

Aavi is a creative studio providing services including, but not limited to, visual production, photography, video, e-commerce content, web design, and digital brand experiences.

All services are provided subject to written agreements, proposals, or confirmed bookings.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, videos, graphics, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Aavi or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

4. Booking Conditions & Payments

Payment Terms
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing or booking confirmation.
  • The remaining balance is due within 3 days of final content delivery.
  • RAW files and full-resolution videos will only be released once full payment is confirmed.

Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery, suspension of usage rights, or legal action.

Cancellation Policy
  • If the client cancels more than 30 days before the shoot, the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels within 30 days of the shoot, the deposit is forfeited.
  • If the client cancels within 14 days of the shoot, full payment of the agreed project fee is required.

5. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • The photographer and/or Aavi retains full copyright ownership of all produced material.
  • The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on agreed media channels and for the agreed duration only.
  • Any additional usage, extensions, resale, sublicensing, or third-party use must be negotiated and approved in writing.

Unauthorized usage constitutes a breach of contract and copyright law.

6. Shipping & Customs

  • The client is fully responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and related fees.
  • Aavi reserves the right to withhold deliverables until all outstanding shipping and customs costs have been paid in full.
  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, assets, and instructions
  • Securing permissions, model releases, and location approvals where required
  • Ensuring products, samples, or materials arrive on time and in usable condition

Delays or issues caused by the client may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

8. Confidentiality

All proposals, pricing, communications, and materials shared by Aavi are confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aavi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

10. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-quality creative work, all services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific commercial results, performance metrics, or outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws agreed upon in the relevant service agreement, or otherwise the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aavi operates.
